Baby Meals
We aim, as a church family, to support people when they have a new addition!  This time is wonderful but also very busy and often difficult with many sleepless nights so to make things just a little easier we like to provide some yummy meals to help them get started.  We deliver 8 days worth of meals to each family.

Why
Church means a community of people, we are a family brought together by our love of Christ and this overflows into a desire to care for and help each other.  This is also an amazing testimony to the world around us, and a fantastic way to start a conversation with friends about why being a Christian is so amazing. We dont just talk about how Jesus loves us we put that into action and making meals to support growing families is just one of the ways we do this!

What
You can make something at home from scratch whether that be a special meal for the family or an extra big batch of what you are making already.  Or even something from the freezer you made earlier. You do not need to be an amazing cook, all meals are very welcome and appreciated the Free Church Cookbook is full of easy classics!

If cooking is not your thing or that week you are simply too busy then why not pick up a supermarket Meal for Two or a takeaway.

If the family have other children then it is great if the meal is appropriate for all, or a childrens meal is also provided.

All that is expected is a main meal if you wish to provide pudding or sides then this is great but do not feel any pressure to do so.

Delivery
Please deliver all meals by 6pm on the day you have signed up for.  If you cannot be there by that time then maybe you could drop it off a day or two before. If you are unable to drive, or just unable to get to the families house due to your schedule then bring the meal to the morning service the week your meal is due.

Dietary requirements
Sometimes there will be allergies, or just a strong dislike of certain foods and these will always be shared with your pastoral team.
